Hello people i would be most appreciative if some1
outthere could tell me how to delete the recent documents
or stoppin it making a list or somethin along those lines.

there are a few ways to do this. if are want to clear the
documents in start menu, then do this. Right click on the
taskbar>>Properties>>Start Menu Tab>>Custimize>>Advanced
Tab>>Uncheck "list my most recent documents"

if u dont want windows to track any of the documents u
open, download and install TweakUI from microsoft and u
can tell it to stop collecting documents totaly.

Directions for XP style start menu:
Right click the taskbar and choose Properties.
On the Start Menu page, click the Customize button.
On the Advanced page, uncheck the box to show recent documents.
