Receiving some emails with an html attachment.

Hi I am wanting to know if any one knows a fix for a
problem I have. I receive some emails with an html
attachment and others are fine. I have just recently
installed Outlook2003 from Outlook97. This hasn't removed
the problem.

I think this is something to do with the way you receive
the emails, but i can't change any settings to make
outlook read html

Any suggestions?

If you have Outlook 2003 set to read all mail as plain text
(tools->options->email options) you will not see the HTML.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
