Receiving multiple copies of emails

Since yesterday Windows Mail has been downloading the same email messages
over and over again. It hasn't done this before and, as far as I know, I
haven't changed anything in my set-up. Help!

Does your ISP offer a web interface that allows you to access your mail
online?
If so go there and delete a possibly corrupt message.
