Windows version?
Network connection type to ISP?
Type of e-mail access configured in GoogleMail (POP, IMAP, or both)?
Type of e-mail access configured in Outlook?
How you know some messages are not getting downloaded?
Verbatim what error message you got when trying to retrieve e-mails?
