Receiving error when opening Outlook

When I try to open up Outlook I receive the following
error message:

"Cannot detect previous login. You
need to run Frontstep CRM at least once. Frontstep
Outlook extension will be disable for current Outlook
session". Followed by window titled "Microsoft
Outlook" and error msg "The add-in psExcExt.dll could
not be installed or loaded. Unable to load
pscExcExt.dll."

I do not have the Frontstep CRM on my system. I am not
sure how to go about correcting this problem, and was
hoping that someone could help

It appears as though you did at one time, however. Click
Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options and look in the Add-In Manager and COM
Add-ins to see if there's mention of this add-in. If found, remove it or
uncheck it.
