Hi

I have had to re-install Windows XP & all of Ms Office.
I was struggling with Outlook (kept asking for a
password) but I can now send out emails.

Trouble now is I cannot receive emails to the address of
(e-mail address removed)

I have tried to do a search for any .pst files but it
does not find any.

Could I have some advice on what to do about this.

What happens when you go into Control Panel-->Mail-->Click on the default
item listed there and click on 'change' to see what is being populated for
the email address?

p.s. NEVER put your real email address in a newsgroup post. As you
unfortunately are about to find out, if indeed you can get the correct email
address working, you're going to get a bunch of spam!

Hi - you mentioned Outlook 6, but there isn't any such thing - are you maybe
using Outlook Express?

Sorry. Yep! it is Ms Outlook Express

In the subject, you say "Outlook 6", even though there is no such thing.
There is, however, Outlook Express V6. In the above paragraph, you mention
Office, which includes a program Outlook, completely different from Outlook
Express. Which are you using for your mail?
