Receiving duplicate e-mails

I send a Word document as an attachment to a group. They all report that they
receive the e-mail twice, one right after the other. I send it only once and
don't understand why they receive it in their mailbox in duplicate. How can
I correct this?
 
Post your question to a newsgroup for the e-mail service you have. This
group is for relational database Access by Microsoft.
