Received replyt but links were blank.

My request is Trackchange in MS word. Is there a simple method to delete all
Trackchange markups (corrections & comments included) so that a file can be
forwarded without the appearance of these markups. The MS instructions don't
make total sense. On Word 2003 the instruction to accept changes does nopt
exist (can't find it anyway) only reject. Can nanyone help here.
PS A reply was received but the links were totally blank.
