I can send mail, but I can't receive any mail. Who knows the solution?

Sounds like you have only half of your email account under Windows
Mail set up correctly.

Ask your email provider (who is probably also your internet provider)
for their instructions for setting up to use their email servers. If they
haven't written instructions for Windows Mail yet, use their instructions
for Outlook Express but under Windows Mail instead. The
instructions are probably somewhere on their web site. Or, you
could tell us who your email provider is and see if anyone here
already knows where to find the instructions.

If you want to be treated as shouting and therefore receive fewer answers,
post in ALL CAPITALS.

Outlook (not Outlook Express), version 2003 and more recent, will run
under Vista. Version 2002 will run with a few problems.

Windows Mail won't connect to Hotmail. You may want to download
and install Windows Live Mail, which will:

If you wish to access your Hotmail account, you will have to use the newer
Windows Live Mail, rather than Windows Mail.
