receive but not send email messages

I have the same problem as the other 90. I am running Outlook 2003 and XP
Pro. I also get a message when I close Outlook that says "Microsoft Office
has encountered a problem and needs to close". There is also "send/don't
send" option to Microsoft. Viewing the error log, it just says there is a
driver conflict but does not identify the driver. I have, naturally,
researched and removed drivers without changing the situation. I have done
system restores and I have removed and reloaded MS Office 2003 Basic. None
of these measures has worked. With so many folks having the same problem,
there has to be a problem with Outlook. What's the fix?

Hi Jon,
first of all try to use scanpst.exe to repair your pst file.
If scanpst will not solver your problem, please post again!
