and my add to favorites problem is now solved.

Anything new on the sleep mode/locking up problem?

I'm using a new Dell Dimension C521 w Vista Home Premium factory installed.

Unfortunately not yet. There are a number of hot fixes that address various
issues with standby and/or hibernation but nothing specific yet (and none
that appears to resolve the issue on my T60P).
