recalling of massege

Open the message from your Sent Items folder, go to the Actions menu and
choose Recall this message
 
note that recall doesn't work very good and depends on a number of things
happening or not happening... open the message and look on the actions
menu - in outlook 2007, it's on the options chunk of the ribbon.
