Recalculate edited Arrays

2003 on XP.
I have a large range that is full of arrays, the formula works well but when
I need to expand the range to cover the new year, I find/replace the specific
cell for the new year, but then how can I recalculate all the cells in one go
instead of editing and Ctrl+Shft+Return each cell individually?
