Recalc freeze (2K SR-1)

I have a spreadsheet that is fairly formula & chart intensive that has
recently developed a problem with a couple cells. The file has worked
fine for the last couple of years. The formulas quit returning any
values. Whenever I overwrote them with the same values, the sheet would
lockup upon recalculation. After restarting, I turn calc to manual,
corrected the formulas, and tried to manually recalc. Same problem. I
haven't been able to find any information in the MS Knowledge Base &
the sheet is too large (3.3 MB) to post. If anyone would like a shot at
this problem, I could e-mail to you directly.

Help of any kind would be greatly appreciated.
