rebooting to reopen OUTLOOK Express

Lost in Komputer Land

Why after you have looked at some email you cannot reopen
the outlook express without logging off or rebooting? Is
it just me or a general problem. Anyone?

I'm sure you will get lots of replies in an Outlook Express
newsgroup. This newsgroup looks at "setup" and "deployment"
of WinXP.
