Is there some other problem here you're not mentioning? Like it won't shut
down? If there is a problem explain what that is.

Here's a few ways... try them in order and only go on to the next step if
the current step doesn't cause the system to reboot.
1. Click Start (or tap the Winkey on your keyboard), select Shut Down, then
select Restart and click OK or click Restart.
2. Press alt-ctrl-del, go to the Shut Down menu, select restart (or click
Shut Down, select restart and click OK).
3. Press the reset button on the front of your computer's case.
4. Hold the power button until the computer powers down (might take four or
five seconds), wait 30 seconds, power back on.
