REBOOT & REBOOT AGAIN AUTOMATICALLY

I installed the Service Pack 2 and Norton then can't connect to internet. I
use the System Restore to return to before install the Service Pack.
However, I got a problem when it reboot. It keeps on reboot and reboot
again automatically. What can I do ?

I used a Dos boot disk to boot but seems can do nothing when I got the C
prompt. I used Windows ME disk to boot and can access to the CD rom but the
Setup in the Windows XP install disk can not run in DOS mode.

Please help.

Boot with your Windows XP CDROM and do a Repair Install as per the
instructions at http://michaelstevenstech.com/XPrepairinstall.htm
