Reboot loop

I have a machine that I have upgraded to XP Home. After
activation it will run without a problem, then he after
an unknown time you reboot the system and it goes into a
loop. I have tried to repair with no luck. I have re-
installed the operating system for the third time. I can
not see the error message because the blue svreeen only
flashes and reboot starts.
 
Bill, this sounds like a hardware problem.
Your processor or other device may be overheating.
Please consult a service technician whom can investigate possible hardware
problems with your computer.
