I upgraded my Vista. Now every time I visit the control panel I get a
message saying that "The audio driver on your system is not designed for
Windows Vista. Please visit the website of your computer manufacturer or
Realtek (www.realtek.com.tw) to download the audio driver for Windows
Vista."
Can this be for real? When I view the realtek site I don't see what I should
be looking for.

The following page has links for the Realtek HD Audio driver, if that's
what you need. The latest driver is R1.90.

You need to look in device manager, determine the model of your sound card,
and download the Vista compatible driver from Realtek's website.

What an odd site. I downloaded the latest from there but I am still getting
the message "The audio driver on your system is not designed....".
