when turn computer on and enter my section (we have five people in the house
each with their own name on the first screen) the first thing the comes up
is a box with something along the lines of. realplayexe. unable to locate
component. this application pngu3266.dll . reinstall ??? hope this is clear
and someone can help me. thanks

That's realplayer

The first thing i try
is going into the control panel and uninstall it.
then reboot.

If you *do* want to use real player

just redownload it and reinstall

(It will easily come up on a Google search)

If you feel you really need Real apps instead of WMP, that's OK, but ...
realize the program is reporting almost everything you do back to "home".

.... unless you know how to configure it properly.
