Really don't know where to start - Outlook with Access

I'm trying to get Access to make folders in a mailbox. copy e-mails into a
folder under my inbox, and place them in the mailbox in the folder that was
just made with the current date. After all of that running a macro while
deleting the originals. If any one can help me please e-mail me at:
