Really Delete mail via Right click option

Is there a way I can add a menu item when i right click to "really"
delete an item instead of just moving it to the delted folder.
This would be very helpful with spam and adds that just take up space

Not that I know of. Select what you wish, press & hold Shift, and press Del
on your keyboard.
However, if something is at all important to you, don't put it in the
deleted items folder, and then you can just empty the deleted items folder
when you close Outlook. Doing a hard delete (as above) doesn't make any
difference with regard to the size of your data store, really (in terms of
the file size).
