My personal opinion is that while Real Player is an ok quality sound player,
their software is far too invasive into my operating system. I do not use
it or have it installed. This is just my personal choice.
But, having said that and so you know my position, I would suggest
converting the RAM video file into a WMV or AVI file that is more likely to
be able to be played. You may also be able to insert the RAM file as an
object, but will be dependent on the end-user having the Real Player
installed on their system.
There are free or near free converters available for download from multiple
sites, try a Google search for a converter.
