real play bad image window

Everytime I go on the internet this window appears :
RealPlay.exeBad image.

the application or Dll C:\Program
files\Real\Plugins\rare3260.dll is not a valid Windows
image. Please check this against your installation
diskette.
What does this mean and how do i get rid of it? Many
thanks.

Uninstall Real Player, or reinstall it. For better support contact Real.
