You can Google "address munging" yourself, of course, but I will point you

Also once again, in Outlook Express, click Tools > Accounts > Select
the email account you wish to modify > Properties. Alter the "E-mail
address" and "Reply to" fields.

This depends completely on your email client. Check the properties for
your email account in Outlook Express.

Does it not show on the messages or questions I send out????

Unless you set it otherwise, yes. Note that there is sometimes a
"reply-to" address, which can be different.
