Reading pane

Hello,
Is there a way to turn the reading pane off completely, instead having to
turn off for each individual folder? I really fine the reading pane to be a
pain...rrrrrr...

One way is to start Outlook with the Reading Pane option removed. Create a
shortcut that has this as a target:

"<path>\Outlook.exe" /nopreview

where <path> is the path to your Outlook folder. For Outlook 2003 on a
Windows 2000/XP system, the above target would be:

"%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office11\Outlook.exe" /nopreview
