read receipts

I have one user in my office who I never get read receipts from. I get them
from everyone else. This user is not denying my receipts. I get delivery
reports from this user but not the read receipts.
 
What version of Outlook are you running and what mode (Corp/Workgroup,
Internet Mail Only, etc.) do you have it installed in? If you're not sure,
check Help | About.

Is the other user using the same version of Outlook? Are you sure the other
user is marking your messages as read?
