read disk error

I reinstalled the os system and now I get a read disk error. Can disk
be fixed? or what can I do?

When do you get the read disk error? which drive? Download the drive
diagnostic utility from the drive manaufacturer, run it and see what it
says. Run chkdsk via computer management.

You prolly reinstalled because you were getting errors and/or hadn't
marked any bad sectors bad. There is still time to fix your problem.
Note tho that your HDD may be failing.
