Read Chart Point Values When Hover in 2007

In Excel 2003 you could hover over a point on a chart with the mouse pointer
and a box showing the data for this point would pop up. This isn't happening
in 2007. Is there a way to turn this on or is has the feature just been
removed.

I have noticed unlike in 2003; only when you select the chart; the tooltip
appears..

Hi,

In '07 the chart has to be select before chart tips are displayed.
Also check that the Show data point values on hover is enabled.
Office button > Excel Options > Advanced > Display
