reaapearing header

I have seen excel sheets where the header does not move when you scroll down
the page and it also reappears on each page when you print rather large
tables. How do you do that?

use Window | Freeze Panes

So, if you want rows 1 and 2 to repeat, select cell C1 and Window | Freeze
Panes

You can also lock columns on the left in the same way

.... and for printing, choose File/ Page Setup/ Sheet/ Rows to repeat at top.
