re sizing photos

I used to be able to select a picture(s), click on send via email, and have Windows XP automatically resize my photos. But now when I click on "send via email", the option to "make photos smaller" no longer appears. Although XP attaches my photos to Outlook, the photos remain at their original size. Can anyone please help me to get back the "make photos smaller" window?

Try this, maybe it will restore the option:

go to...Start / Run and type:

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.

A dialog box should report the following:

"DllRegisterServer in SHIMGVW.DLL succeeded"
