I've a excel spreadsheet that I want to embed on a single
page in word. Even though the spreadsheet is fairly big I
can print it on a single A4 sheet in Excel. When I'm
trying to embed it in word I cannot get it to size to a
single sheet in my document. Have tried cut&paste/insert
object/insert file etc. Nightmare!!!!

Any answers out there

Hi Keith,

If the problem is simply that the pasted spreadsheet becomes too large to
fit, use Format|Object|Size to resize it.

If the problem is that some rows/columns won't display even when the
spreadsheet is sized to fit, you may be running into limitations regarding
the 'allowed' size. I think you're limited to about 70 rows, for example,
regardless of how tall each row might be. You may be able to overcome that
by pasting multiple portions into your document next to each other.

Cheers

Hi Keith,

Which version of Word is this?
