If you have the latest version of WindowsMedia Player, you can simply go to
the toolbar of WMP and select Play DVD, VCD or CD Audio.
If you're still using an older version, you can use File, Open, navigate
yourself to the CD drive which has the VCD in it, navigate to the MPEGAV
folder and click on the *.dat folder which is the VCD file you want to play.
