Re-Installing Problem

I got similar problem with keith there. I re-installed XP
on my friend's machine because her XP won't boot-up (
some files are missing ). The weird part is after i
installed the XP, normaly windows will not wipe out any
previous My Documents folder. This time, the setup did
not delete it, but make in unaccesable ( access denied ).
Can anyone tell me what's wrong?

Try taking ownership and then giving yourself permissions.
