re-install XP now OE, Fax and WMP confused...

Hello,

I just re-install(repair) XP Prof(SP2), all seems fine, but Outlook
Express(6) doesn't anymore shows the "start up" page, it's just blank!

Also I'm unable to roll-back Windows Media Player 10 to 9.

Office2k Fax also not working seems windows firewall blocking it, how should
I unblock it?

Everything else seems just fine, but just wondering if there are any test I
should perform to check for sure?

Office 2K has a fax? Since when?
