Hello group, thanks for reading. Previous versions of Windows tended to
respond well to a fresh re-install every year or so (depending on usage, of
course), but what's the general consensus of opinion on doing this with XP?
XP's a good OS IMHO, so does it need it?
Would it run any better?
Or are there maybe reasons against it that I haven't thought of?
Or is it just personal preference?
I'm assuming, of course, that it's a well-maintained system, using the
built-in tools (defrag, disk cleanup, Adaware, Spybot S&D, etc.).
