Double click the series, Data Labels tab, select relevant options. This
provides one of several standard labels, and you can select a label and type
your own. If you want to add custom labels more easily, try one of these two
add-ins, both well designed, easy to install and use, and free:

Rob Bovey's Chart Labeler, http://appspro.com
John Walkenbach's Chart Tools, http://j-walk.com
