re-entry of incorrect isp name

when requested, I entered Time Warner as isp. Isn't recognized to send
attachments. How do I correct entry to roadrunner?

Tools - Accounts - (youraccount) - Properties - Servers

There is nothing in the mail account setup procedure that asks for
your ISP. Are you trying to set up a RoadRunner account?
Unless you are a former Adelphia customer, RoadRunner server names
are based on your locality:
