the best way to email a music is to use Macromedia Flash MX
Just compress your music in Flash.6 to 8Kbps then you can send a 6 minute
music
in only less than 200Kb with nice quality
For more samples take a look at my web site now:

8Kbps? Nice quality? These two terms aren't mutually exclusive?
I've never used Flash to compress audio, so I'm not sure, but 8Kbps doesn't
sound so great considering the best quality (commonly found) mp3s are
256Kbps. Just curious.

I suggested that for a low speed connection.
if you using high speed you can try higher bit rates.....Any way I am sure
the compression
in flash is greater than any other available Microsoft Software's
THE CHOICE IS YOURS!

GOOD LUCK

I have found easily the best way to sound all sorts of music format file is using http://www.tonsho.com
You can send files using your usual email program although I usually just use their bulk upload tool on their website. I have a bit of a slow broadband connection but this isn't a prob. I have sent 5Gb worth of files in one go with them, happy days. It's great cos I don't have to faff around compressing files- I can just send them as they are. They have a free account option too, although I wanted to use their dropbox system so paid for an account and haven't been disappointed.
