RDS changes power properties

I reported a bug where remote desktop sharing can cause
the power properties on the remote machine to change
during the RDS session. (At least one other user has
reported the same bug here.) I have noticed that the
problem (so far) has gone away since I DISabled fast user
switching. Disabling fast user switching also allowed me
to work around the audio tunnel bug and use media player
remotely, leaving the audio at the remote machine. Just
thought I would update people on those issues.
