RB3.tmp RB91.tmp RBA3.tmp files in recycle bin

A friend keeps getting these tmp files in his recycle bin. when he deletes
them they just keep coming back. Advice required please
 
Hi Mapo,

See if you friend has his "System Restore" on or off.

Goto Control Panel
Double Click System
Then click Restore Tab
have your friend check it to turn if off, "if it was unchecked"
Then reboot,
Then delete the recycle bin, then reboot again

Repost if not fixed.

Hi Jay Thanks for your quick response. I have not had results back from my
friend yet. I know he is a bit shy of doing anything the least bit technical
with his computer!
What I would like to know, is there a simple answer what these files are and
why do they suddenly appear? He tells me when he clicks on them ther is
nothing there!
