rattling of the floppy drive

Over the last week or two something keeps rattling my floppy drive.
Probably something legit that I've installed.
Anyway I never use floppy disks. I know I could just disconnect the
drive but I wonder if any of you know a way of finding out which
program is trying to access it?

In most cases, this problem is caused by an anti-virus being configured
to scan the floppy drive by default.
