RAS Error 633 ERROR_PORT_NOT_AVAILABLE

When I am trying to establish connection through modem, RAS function sends
error message RAS Error633: (ERROR_PORT_NOT_AVAILABLE)...

What's wrong with my system?

Have you verified that the port is not already in use by some other application? Is the port configured for RAS dialout?

1. ComPort has being (is) opend by HyperTerminal.
2. Servises "Remove Access Auto Connection Manager", "Remove Access
Connection Manager", "Telephony" started.

What's wrong with my system?

I needed to add the "Communications cable btween two computers" component to
get my RAS connection to work.
