I use Excel, Access, other software, to manage data which contains dates
spanning several centuries. The date functions seem to be driven by the
Control Panel Regional Settings. The Regional Settings seem to be limited to
a hundred year span. How can this be widened so that the date formats will
accept dates from the 1700's, 1800's, etc....? Example: in Access, I have a
field which has a date format. It will only accept dates from 1916 ~ 2016
because those values are entered in the Regional Settings. Tickin me off.
