Random User IDs

Hello,

When i run the "Baseline Security Advisor", I get an err saying that I have
too many administrators on my computer. I recognize all of the user IDs and
have corrected them, except for one that states "S-1-5-21-366...." and goes
on. I can't find this in my Local Users and Groups snap-in. Does anyone know
what it is, how it got there, and most importantly, how to get rid of it?
