Xp machine has frequent random reboots (assuming blue
screens with autoreboot enabled).
Even viewer has numerous errors showing- exception faults,
COM+ problems

examples of the most common,

core dump rebooting from a bug check

The COM+ Event System caught an exception C0000096 at
address 0x77134C6B within method QueryInterface of
interface {00000000-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}.

The reference to "ATI HotKey Poller" indicates that this error has
some connection to your video drivers, assuming your system has an ATI
video card.

Go to the ATI website and download the latest Windows XP drivers for
your specific ATI card model and install them.
