I've got random dotted lines in all of my worksheets in a document!
They all start at a column border and end at another column border....
dont get it- what r they? :confused

In one sheet, they stretch from the end of column f to the end of n
they are vertical columns btw. Therefore- there's one which drops al
the way down from F, one from N and then one from W- they're therefor
not consistent. Also, there are rhorizontal ones too....one from th
bottom of 52, one from the bottom of 106 and so on...i cant seem t
understand what they are!! ill send u a screenshot if u need..
thnk

Hi,

such lines appear when you look Print Preview of any sheet.
and one box of such lines usually cover area from A1:J50 (more o
less)
close the file and reopen it these will disappear (if they are reall
because of Print Preview)

Hi hustla,

It sounds like your are in Print Preview

Go to View > Normal

Do that do the trick?

oldchippy :

these line may not consistant because you may have different width fo
different columns and rows.
