Random connection issues!

Hi All,

My cust has random connection issues with the Microsoft Outlook
Connector (MOOL). Is there any reason why this could happen?

Here is what the log file states:

Outlook Connector Version 1.6.1601.0
Account: (e-mail address removed)

Session timed out. Automatically re-signed in at 5/10/2005 08:31:14

Mail: Error at 14:45. Last successfully refreshed at 10:43.

Calendar: Error at 14:43. Last successfully refreshed at 10:43.

Contacts: Error at 14:43. Last successfully refreshed at 10:43.

Errors :

Time: 5/10/2005 11:31:17
Error in Mail
Network operation failed



Time: 5/10/2005 11:31:17
Error in Calendar
Network operation failed



Time: 5/10/2005 11:31:17
Error in Contacts
Network operation failed

Since your customer pays MSN for the privilege of using Hotmail with MOOL,
shouldn't they be taking advantage of MSN's support staff?
