I use a freeware product called AR Ramdisk by AR Soft. It
installs to the control panel and appears to limit the

Please be aware that unless you have large amounts of RAM (1Gb plus) that
using a ram disk will actually slow your system down as there will be less
physical memory in which to load the operating system and any applications.
