Hey again lol. I am getting a new graphics card thanx to reefsmoka lol and he advised me to get more RAM, there is no problem with me doing this money wise etc. but i am just not sure what one to get ?

Here is my stats for my whole PC :
Intel Pentium 4 3.0 GHz with Hyper Threading
512MB Memory (Not too sure on how to find the FSB all i can see is 200.0 Mhz)
160 GB hard drive
nVidia Geforce FX5500 256Mb Memory

What RAM stick can anyone recommend with my other one to increase it to 1024MB ?

P.S A m8 said to get one that is the same FSB ?

HELP ! lol It's my birthday on the 27th and i am hoping to get the new graphics card and more memory in january in the sales lol :)

Thanx m8 for that website... BUT WHICH ONE ?! lol

Do i get the one that is on the home page ?!

I REALLY NEED HELP WITH THIS ! I don't want to muck my pc up, and wasting 115 pounds for good graphics card and then more on memory that don't work or ruins my pc altogether ! lol

I would really appreciate it if you could recommend one :)

Thanx

Well the memory you have in your computer at the moment should be PC3200 which is 400FSB. So match it with another PC3200 512MB stick :).

just put in what computer make and model you have and it will come up with sticks that are compatible then post what it comes up with

Hey there again. I think i have found one i can afford any of them, but ain't they the same ?! But more expensive ?! Can any of you recommened the best one out of the 3 please ?!

(lowest price is first btw) lol

Well i only did another one because no one was responding to this one, and i really need to know to get one of them for xmas/birthday

And yes i think they are the same specs but they say stuff like unregistered, buffered etc. and i don't understand this.

Help please

The top one should do (this one). If your computer only has 1 stick of 512 in. If it has 2 sticks of 256, then you should get 2 sticks of 256 to add to it. Like 2 of these .

Oh right ok. Is there a difference though because that one says:
Error checking : Non-ECC

And then the other one says ECC instead ?! What's the difference if any, and what does things like unbuffered mean or should i not worry about that ? Should i get the one that is inbetween both prices ?! lol

And it is one stick i think :S

Thanx btw
